PAYMENT

External Payment Method: Some countries are restricted from purchasing with 'Shopify Payments'. A new button located under the product 'Buy with STRIPE' has been added to securely purchase outside of the Shopify store with Stripe for customers that cannot purchase with 'Shopify Payments' due to restrictions.

Alternative Payment Method: If you encounter any issues with the provided payment options, please contact us. We can arrange a secure payment link through Stripe for your convenience.

DELIVERY

Physical items ship according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Digital delivery occurs instantly via download link sent to your email, provided at checkout. Make sure to input your email correctly at checkout to avoid issues.

Jayjankulovski.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
